Who we are
Tanglz Color Studio is a cross between your favorite coffee shop and place to have girls night out. Our team is made up of a diverse group of talent with the ability to care for every type of guest.
We believe an exceptional salon experience is what sets us apart and that begins the minute you walk in. You will know who is our resident DJ of the day by the tunes vibing on the radio.
The coffee is always hot and the hair is even hotter. As soon as we know your name you’re a part of our salon family. It’s that simple.
We love hair and we love our people.
History
Since then, our mission has been to help stylists build the career of their dreams while beautifying Southeast Texas.
Culture
We are a higher level training salon and often do a lot of client sharing. We believe in the ultimate guest experience and that often requires many stylists to achieve.
This works for us because we are consistently furthering our education levels to uphold our high standards. Our approach is simple, customer service is our focus, and hair is our game.
If for any reason your hair or experience isn’t satisfactory, let us know. We will do everything in our power to make it right.
Our Policies
Reservations
While we do accommodate walk-in guests, a reservation is the best way to secure an appointment. We do require a credit card to secure your first appointment. We understand that your time is valuable and we strive to always be prompt and prepared for your arrival. If for any reason you can not make your scheduled time, please give us 24-hour notice.
We require a 50% pre-paid deposit for all hair extensions, color corrections and any appointments scheduled for longer than 3 hours. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reserved time, you will be charged an additional deposit to secure a future appointment.
No Shows
Life happens, so the first one is on us. Should you miss a second appointment we charge the full price of the appointment. We do make it easy to remember you appointments with reminders via phone, text and/or email.
Children in the Salon
Due to the relaxing nature of our salon, we respectfully request that children only be brought in when receiving services.
Late Arrivals
Life can be hectic and time can slip by, so if you are running late, we ask that you let us know ASAP. Often we can accommodate late arrivals. On rare occasion, we may request you reschedule so that you can enjoy the full experience of your appointment.
Refunds/Returns
All gift card purchases are non refundable both in house and online.
Service deposits are refundable if cancelled with 48 cancellation notice.
It’s our first priority for you to love your hair and be a long term guest of Tanglz Color Studio. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please reach out to us and let us know so that we may offer you a redo service. Redo services are scheduled exactly like a regular appointment and offered at no charge. Our only request is that you let us know within 7 days of the original service and that you see the original stylist. Given the opportunity we will work extremely hard to make it right!
Changing Stylists
We realize that you may choose to try a different member of our team due to pricing, scheduling or simply to get a fresh perspective. We are happy to help refer you to a new member of our team at any time.

Our pricing is set by the demand of each artist’s time. This simply means we have a level system of pricing to ensure we can meet each of our guest’s scheduling needs and beauty budget. Please schedule a complimentary consultation to begin creating a look to suit all of your
